- •The Pinellas Bayway (SR-682) and Gandy Bridge are your fastest routes to Tampa — avoid I-275 during rush hour if possible.
- •US-19 through Pinellas Park and Clearwater is notoriously congested. Budget extra time for northbound morning commutes.
- •Many beach residents work remotely 2–3 days/week, making the commute trade-off much more manageable.
- •Clearwater Beach and Sand Key have the shortest commutes to the Clearwater/Dunedin employment corridor.
- •St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island are closest to downtown St. Pete — under 20 minutes off-peak.
- •Consider the Suncoast Parkway if you commute to Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, or north Tampa.
